You’re invited: The Science Fiction and Fantasy Organization presents this semester’s Bitch Book Club: THE HUNGER GAMES! Join SFF and the English Liaison on March 27th at 7pm in L428 for a discussion of THE HUNGER GAMES.
The Bitch Book Club aims to examine and analyze YA fiction using a feminist and critical lens. All are welcome to attend, but please, no spoilers! We will only being discussing the first novel in this fantastic series.

Author and illustrator Maurice Sendak appeared on The Colbert Report this week, and offered some very hilarious commentary on children’s literature and the publishing industry.
Sendak: “I don’t write for children. I write… and someone says, “That’s for children.”
